•Lisa is the First Lady of the oldest African American Church in Chesterfield County, Va.  First Baptist Church of Midlothian is where her husband has been the Sr. Pastor for the past 17 years.  She also serves as the Women’s Ministry President, Deaconess, Adult Sunday School Teacher and Treasurer for the Publicity Ministry.  She is the Chairperson for the Sunday School Institute of Chesterfield County and Vicinity.  She is a Liaison for the Interfaith Center for Public Policy advocating with other faith-based groups to talk with political representatives, sign petitions to change bills and laws discussed during the general assembly and advocating to get persons to vote in all elections.   

•Lisa’s life centers around glorifying GOD through leadership and service to others.  She volunteers her time to help others through faith-based organizations, community engagement, corporate sponsorships and social justice initiatives.  She loves working with and advocating for women, seniors and children.  She has overcome many adversities in her own life.  She knows how to turn lemons into lemonade! She works hard to keep a work life balance and enjoys family time, social functions, shopping, travel, decorating and curling up with a good book. Lisa’s belief and purpose in life is, “if I can help somebody along the way, then my living shall not be in vain.”
